Providing experience and care since 1984 ….

Linda Lewis has long been part of the Brisbane Physiotherapy scene. She initially established a physiotherapy clinic in the city in1984 and building it into a successful and busy clinic. Seeking a break from the responsibility of sole ownership, she sold the business to a Melbourne based group of physiotherapy practices in 2002 although she remained on as the clinic manager and a hands-on therapist.

Having enjoyed being an employee for 5 years Linda decided to re-new the lease on the premises in the Canegrowers after her employers decided they no longer wished to continue with a city based practice.

Much to Linda’s delight Luke Humphrey’s, with whom she has worked for the past 6 years also decided to stay on with her. Together they have already charted a new course for City Physio including the use of real time ultrasound where clients can actually see on a screen whether they are isolating and working particular muscle groups.

City Physio provides high quality, hands on, cost effective physiotherapy and related services with good community access.
