Kinesiology Taping |

Kinesiology taping helps to re-educate the neuromuscular system, relax overused muscles, assist underused muscled, reduce pain, improve posture, enhance performance, prevent injury and promote lymphatic flow and healing. Tape is applied to the skin in a variety of different ways depending on the goal we are looking to achieve with each individual client. It takes very little time to apply and is suitable for clients of every age and condition. The tape stays on three - five days, and is easy to remove. |
